The Taxpayer Assets Project
The Taxpayer Assets Project (TAP) was founded
by Ralph Nader in 1988 to monitor the management and sale of government
property.
This web site isn't that well maintained at the moment.
Our early stuff was on a gopher server, which isn't even
working at the moment. However, many
items are now archived at
http://www.cptech.org.
You can also check out the archives of tap-info, which
is now called info-policy-notes:

Info-Policy-Notes, 1996
Info-Policy-Notes, 1997
Info-Policy-Notes, 1998
